Life always gives us reasons to celebrate and party. Whether it’s one
of those special days like weddings, birthdays or anniversary or
important achievements like graduation and promotions; sharing your
happiness with your friends and love ones is a great pleasure. For you
to be able to announce the grandest or simplest party you are setting
up; you will need INVITATIONS. You can choose whether you want your
invitations to be personalized or ready made and there are different
designs you can choose from or create. You can go along with your
party’s theme; party’s theme must be based on the occasion and the
honoree; gender, age and interest.

personalizes there are few things that you must remember. First, make
sure that the design and theme that you choose goes well with the
occasion. Choose the color and fonts for your invitation. Make sure that
the information written on your invitations are correct and complete.
The invitation should contain the purpose of the invitation, name of the
honoree, date and time of the party, exact location of the party, party
host and dress code.
On the other hand, if you wish to buy ready made invitation you can
choose from different designs available in the market. You can find
ready made invitations through bookstore and online store. You will be
the one to write the information; you can have it hand write or
computerized. This option is much cheaper but more generic looking.
Whatever option you choose there is one important part of invitation
that you must never take for granted; RSVP. RSVP stand for "répondez
s'il vous plait” French phrase that means “respond as you please”. This
is very important for the party host because this will
confirm how many
of her expected guests will come. So when you make your invitation make
sure to put your contact number to the RSVP area or traditionally,
include a RSVP card for your guests. They will then send it back to you
as their confirmation. Although informal and small parties don’t have
RSVP, it is still important and considerate that you confirm your
attendance. This will help the party host to plan the party well and
prevent problems like too many or too little foods. Thus, if you are
invited to parties make sure that you contact the party host to inform
him or her whether you are or you are not coming to the party. Make sure
that you respond days before the party. If you want to celebrate and
party with your family and friends, make sure that you know where to
start and what to do. Although party invitations are just small pieces
of paper this is very important part of your celebration. So, for a
